Zip-ClipZip-Clips are suitable for use with single or multi-tiered trapeze systems and in applications supporting such items as cable trays, baskets, water and gas pipes, and chilled beams. The Zip-Clip cable lock combined with cable and unistrut is an efficient method of constructing a support structure. The Zip-Clip fits inside unistrut and has a spring loaded pawl which allows entry and passage of cable through the cable lock. Once engaged by the pawl, the cable is gripped with increasing pressure as the suspended load is increased.

7 To ease adjustment, each Zip-Clip cable lock has an integrated release pin to disengage the gripping pawl. Zip-Clips are sold in sets with looped cable. 8 Release PinKV Support BracketThe KV bracket assembly enhances the Rize suspension system by the addition of an integral bracket, which fastens the cable lock to rectangular ductwork or signage with sheet metal screws. Once the KV assembly bracket is attached, the wire rope drop is passed into the entry hole at the top of the bracket, through the cable lock, and out the exit hole at the bottom. The locking teeth inside the cable lock engage the wire rope and secure the ductwork in place. An accessible release pin allows for simple adjustments.
