1 IntroductionPrecise Thick-N instant is the GOLD standard for thickening beverages and food for people with dysphagia. This innovative product has been welcomed by the industry as it meets the need for convenient, accurate and cost effective ways to thicken food and beverages to Precise and predetermined viscosities. What is Precise Thick-N instant ?It is a liquid thickener concentrate with the following features: 1. It is Easy as 1,2,3 , with only one pump needed to make Level 150 Mildly Thick, 2 pumps for Level 400 Moderately Thick, and 3 pumps for Level 900 Extremely Thick 2. It is highly concentrated, (for example, a 3L bottle will allow you to make 650 x 100mL serves of liquid thickened to Level 150 Mildly Thick) 3. It develops viscosity instantly within the 30 seconds required to mix it in 4. It thickens a wide range of food , beverages and supplements including Movicol, TwoCal, Fortisip, wine, and spirits to name a few 5.

2 It has a hygienic seal on the nozzle that protects the product between use 6. Ease of use simple and accurate dosing by pumping and easy mixing with gentle stirring no stick mixing or vigorous agitation required thus avoiding air incorporation and lumps 7. Precise Thick-N instant comes in two types of packaging:The two products can be easily distinguished by their distinctive labels and the different size pumps used with each smaller pump is for the Single Serve and the larger pump is for Bulk do you use it?

3 Assemble the pump, turn the handle anti-clockwise to release the stem prior to placing the pump in the bottle. Gently screw the pump on until tightly sealed. The pump then needs to be primed to remove any air by pressing the plunger down 3 to 4 times until an unbroken stream of concentrate can be seen from the nozzle no breaks (called spitting ). You only need to prime the pump once when you first start. Once the pump is primed, Precise Thick-N instant is ready to use. We say it is as Easy as 1, 2, 3. INFORMATIONNOTE2. Bulk Preparation is specifically designed for making larger quantities of thickened fluids, hot or cold. Simply add Precise Thick-N instant Bulk Serve to 700mls of liquid. Larger quantities are used to prepare in advance, for example for drinks made in the kitchen before 1. Single Serve: For individual serves, simply add Precise Thick-N instant Single Serve to 100mls of any beverage, hot or cold.
