5 Our economicalDualShaft design includes a conventional high speeddisperser and a two wing anchor agitator. Thisconfiguration is ideal for straight forwarddispersion and mixing Triple Shaft design extends the operatingrange of this product line by adding either a highshear rotor/stator mixer, or a second high speeddisperser. The addition of a high shearrotor/stator mixer adds the capability ofemulsifying and homogenizing products thatrequire higher Shear to reduce the size of theparticles being mixed. The Dual Shaft and the Triple Shaft designsare available in standard or sanitaryconfigurations.

It is also used to improve heat transfer by constantly movingstagnant materials from theinterior tank walls. Teflon scrapersattached to the anchor can assistin heat transfer. The shape of theanchor makes it easy to cleanbetween batches.
