She currently serves as Director of IHI s Improvement Advisor Professional Development Program, teaches IHI courses on Improvement methods, and mentors improvers-in-training. Rebecca sits on IHI s Improvement Capability Focus Area. Past IHI work includes serving as an Improvement Advisor on IHI s programming for reducing unnecessary rehospitalizations and primary care transformation in academic settings. She is also mother to two teenagers: Jacob, 18, and Susie, 16.
