1 Ebenezer Bible Fellowship Church INSTRUCTIONS Mandated Reporter Training for All Adult Children & Youth Workers Mandated Reporter Training recognizing and reporting child abuse I understand that I am considered a Mandated Reporter for child abuse and that I am required to take this Training so that I am aware of my responsibilities After I obtain the Mandated Reporter Training on recognizing and reporting child abuse , I will submit a copy of my certificate of completion to Ebenezer BFC INSTRUCTIONS for Online Mandated Reporter Training : 1. Go to Registration and enter your personal information in order to create an account 2. You will be given a generated username and password, which will also be sent to you via email 3. Under Your Courses, click on rrca-0572: recognizing and reporting child abuse to begin the Training An email address is required for the online Training The online course includes a video requiring Adobe Flash, which is not supported by all Apple devices, tablets, and mobile phones.

2 All participants are encouraged to access this online course on a desktop or laptop computer with a reliable internet connection. Please read the Announcements and Frequently Asked Questions before beginning your course The course is approximately three hours long followed by a short evaluation and a certificate of completion. You do not have to complete the course in one session. During any future visits, you will get a message asking if you would like to resume where you left off. Please click on Okay to pick-up where you ended your last session. After you have completed the Training , please print your certificate and submit to Ebenezer BFC This is the recommended (free) option to obtain the recognizing and reporting child abuse Training (email address required): Online Training : If you have a specific question about making an actual report about a child abuse situation & would like to receive advice before calling Children & Youth Services, you may contact someone from an outside agency.
