4 It is heartening that we have morewinners this year than ever before, noted Salt Institute president Richard in announcing the awards atthe annual Congress of the AmericanPublic Works Association in New Orleans. These facilities are being operated to thehighest standards of environmental andworker safety and are a real credit to thegovernments they represent.
