1 INTRODUCTION TO HPCSA 's REGISTER . Registration with the HPCSA is a prerequisite for practicing any of the healthcare professions under the ambit of Council. It is a criminal offence for someone to claim that they are registered with us when they are not, or to use a title which they are not entitled to use. Through the IRegister, you can check if a practitioner is registered, under which REGISTER and in what category he/she is allowed to practice in.
