JONES / DOHERTY SENIOR women S AMATEUR championship MONDAY SATURDAY, JANUARY 16 21, 2017 The women s AMATEUR championship is open to AMATEUR female golfers who have up-to-date USGA Handicap Index not exceeding under the USGA Handicap System. The Senior women s AMATEUR championship is open to AMATEUR female golfers who have reached their 50th birthday by January 16, 2017 and have up-to-date USGA Handicap Index not exceeding under the USGA Handicap System. If either event is over-subscribed, preference will be given to the lowest handicap entries.

2 Players whose entries have not been accepted will be contacted and asked if they would like to be placed on a wait-list. If the event is under-subscribed, Coral Ridge Country Club reserves the right to accept entries after closing in the order entries are received. Entries are subject to rejection at any time (including during the Championships) by the Tournament Committee. 3 $ Includes tournament only cart fees for player, unlimited range balls, players dinner, players buffet luncheon daily, on-course snacks, continental breakfast daily and players gifts. Field Limit: AMATEUR & Senior championship Flight of 32, Second Flight of 16 ( championship Flight's first round defeated players will make up the First Flight of 16). Note: If the event is over-subscribed, the Committee reserves the right to add flight(s). If the event is under-subscribed, the Committee reserves the right to reduce the field and change flight sizes to limit the number of byes and improve the match play draw.

4 Flights with less than 6 players will play a 36 hole stroke play competition. Practice: Practice privileges will be extended to accepted players only. All players must take a golf cart for practice rounds (cart fee $ per person riding). Players will be limited to a single practice round. Local Players players living within a 50 mile radius must play before Sunday, January 15, 2017. They may call the Golf Shop for a time prior to January 15 after their acceptance notification has been received. Please be advised tee times will be limited. Time for Saturday, January 14, will only be available beginning Monday, January 9.

5 Out of Town Players players living outside of 50 miles may play on or before Saturday, January 14 or Sunday, January 15, 2017. Only players who live outside of 50 miles will be allowed to play on Sunday, January 15 (exemptions may be made for Sally participants & CRCC Members only). Players may contact the Golf Shop to arrange for a starting time for Saturday, January 14, or Sunday, January 15 beginning Monday, January 9. Limited times may be available for practice prior to Saturday, January 14. Players may call the Golf Shop at 954-449-4420 for those times after their entry acceptance is received. Cart/Caddie A player may provide her own caddie or carry her own bag.

6 Pull carts are permitted and Club has a few rental carts. AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION is available FOR PLAYERS ONLY during any stage of the championship . Players will not be guaranteed a single cart until all players will have access to a single cart. CADDIES MUST WALK AT ALL TIMES during a stipulated round. A player may request a golf cart for her caddie due to a permanent disability (as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act). Requests due to temporary injuries or impairments will not be granted. The player for whom the caddie is working must submit a written request to the DOHERTY Tournament Committee with player s entry.

7 Procedures, requirements and forms will be obtained from the Committee and follow guidelines set by the USGA.
