Chan Phillips, Maysville, Ky., evaluated the 218 entries, which included 41 bulls, 167 females and eight cow-calf Class Act 875 claimed grand champion bull honors. Richard Keene Jr., Potosi, Wis., and Kelli Retallick, Glen Haven, Wis., own the February 2015 son of EXAR Classen 1422B. He first claimed junior champion. Woodruff Payraise 52 was named reserve grand champion bull. Woodruff Angus Farm, Milton, owns the May 2014 son of PVF All Payday 729 that earlier won senior Queen Ruth 502 captured grand champion female and junior champion for Maddy Udell, Sioux City.

2 She s a February 2015 daughter of PVF Insight 0129. Kenton Lain, Corydon, claimed reserve grand champion female. Checkerhill Viola 519 is a February 2015 daughter of Silveira s Style 9303 and first won reserve junior champion. Champion iowa -bred female was Younge s Georgina 562, an April 2015 daughter of Silveira s Style 9303 by Courtney Younge, Holmes, Benton, owns the grand champion cow-calf pair. HCC Forever Lady 8534 is a February 2014 daughter of PVF Windfall SCC 9005. A January 2016 heifer calf sired by PVF Insight 0129 completes the winning pair. Koch Angus Farms, Columbus Junction, owns the reserve grand champion cow-calf pair.
