For tractiontransformers and reactors and for stastic convertor transformers, standards are under several places in this Part it is specified orrecommended that an agreement shall be reachedconcerning alternative or additional technicalsolutions or procedures. Such agreement is to be madebetween the manufacturer and the purchaser.
