A Chemical Analy-sis is provided for every heat. Each heat isanalyzed throughout production to insureconsistency. Electrochemical testing is per-formed routinely on randomly selected heatsas a quality assurance procedure, utilizingthe ASTM-G-97 test - Quality ControlOur production facilities offer the best pos-sible working environment available in theindustry.

QualityControl in our foundry begins on the foundryfloor, where the first line of inspection is thecasting and molding crew, our lab techni-cians, inspectors and managers completesthe quality team. Our quality control staffcarefully monitors raw material, core mate-rials, packaging and all aspects of produc-tion. Laboratory and field investigationsprove that Galvotec SuperMag anodes per-form AvailabilityAnodes are supplied in backfill to meet thecustomers specifications. The typical back-fill material consists of 75% gypsum, 20%bentonite and 5% sodium sulfate. Standardsizes and shapes are warehoused.
