Open your new Chase Business checking account Visit to find out more about checking account options that might be right for your business, then download the appropriate PDF below outlining the required documentation Sole Proprietorship required docs (PDF) Partnerships required docs (PDF) Limited Liability Company LLC required docs (PDF) Corporation required docs (PDF) Meet with a Business Banker to review your business documentation, choose the account that s right for you and deposit funds into your new account 2. Enroll in Chase Business Online and Chase Mobile Once you enroll in Chase Online for Business and download the Chase Mobile app2, you can: Print out your online bill payment payees from your former bank and enter the payees on Enroll in services such as Chase QuickDepositSM 3 to deposit checks anytime, anywhere and protect your account with alerts and fraud protection services Activate Access Manager if you would like to designate sub-users to view and/or transact online on behalf of the business 3.

2 Transfer your automatic payments and deposits to your new Chase account4 Contact your payroll provider and other companies or organizations that accept automatic payments from your account and provide your new account number and routing number or business debit card information Ensure proper funds are deposited to your account prior to any payment dates Contact your merchant services processor or other regular depositors and provide your new account number and routing number If written notification is required, complete the appropriate forms and provide to the company or organization. 4. Close your old account Reconcile your account and keep it open until: All outstanding checks have cleared All automatic payments and deposits have moved to Chase All ATM/debit card transactions have cleared You can determine a final balanceAfter you determine a final balance, contact the bank to complete any final forms and close your Business accounts and services are subject to approval.
