ASM Global and AECOM, a leading firm within the infrastructure industry, have partnered together to create cleaning and disinfecting practices for ASM Global venues in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These practices have been customized to create specific cleaning and disinfecting best practices for NRG Park.

HEALTH AND SAFETY OVERVIEW The health and safety of our employees, volunteers, exhibitors, participants, vendors and guests remains our top priority.

2 As we prepare for the 2022 Rodeo , we recommend that all guests take health precautions and follow the CDC s health and safety guidelines, whether that s getting fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including the COVID-19 booster, or wearing a face covering. Anyone, including employees, volunteers, guests, and exhibitors/competitors who are feeling ill or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, is encouraged to stay home. Those who live with someone who has COVID are also encouraged to stay home. Introduction In planning the 2022 Rodeo , we continue to work with medical experts and local health officials. These include: David Persse, - Houston Health Department (HHD) Mayor s Office of Special Events, City of Houston (MOSE) Harris County Public Health Kelly J. Larkin, CEO & president, The Larkin Group, and Rodeo Executive Committee member Harris County Sports and Convention Corporation Executive Director Ryan Walsh ASM Global Venue Manager for NRG Park 2 2022 HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS: GUESTS, VENDORS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, EXHIBITORS, ATHLETES, ARTISTS, AND OTHER PARTICIPANTS The Rodeo has enacted a number of health and safety protocols across the grounds and stakeholders.

3 Cashless and Electronic Delivery and Ordering Some concession stands in NRG Center and NRG Arena, and the majority of the stands in NRG Stadium, will be cashless. All transactions in the Champion Wine Garden will be cashless. Electronic ordering will be available for food orders, in select areas, inside NRG Stadium. Electronic delivery of RODEOHOUSTON tickets is available through AXS, the Rodeo s ticket provider. Electronic purchase/delivery of Rodeo carnival tickets is available. Face Coverings Face coverings will be required for those using public transportation to the Rodeo , including METRORail, METRO bus, Rodeo Express bus, and private shuttles, under the Transportation Security Administration s (TSA) face mask requirement. The Rodeo will provide masks for all riders utilizing public transportation. Additionally, Rodeo -branded masks will be available for purchase at Rodeo merchandise stands across NRG Park. Handwashing and Hand Sanitizing The Rodeo , along with our NRG Park partners, will deploy additional handwashing and hand sanitizing stations in public and private areas throughout NRG Park.

4 Hand sanitizer will be at least 60% ethyl alcohol or 70% isopropyl alcohol in accordance with CDC guidelines. Handwashing stations will be located in AGVENTURE, and near the petting zoo and pony rides, as well as outdoors near Fun on the Farm and Mutton Bustin . Hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the grounds HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS: EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATIONS Health and safety communication to our guests will be multi-faceted and will begin with email notices prior to guest arrival. Health and safety messaging will be included in our Know Before You Go emails that will go to our season ticket holders and individual ticket buyers. Our season ticket holders will receive their Know Before You Go email the weekend prior to Rodeo whereas our individual Rodeo and concert ticket buyers will receive an email the day before their visit. Additionally, guests will find signage throughout the grounds reminding them of health and hygiene protocols.

5 Signage 25 8 by 4 bathroom signs will be placed near bathroom entrances in NRG Center and NRG Arena: 3 200 handwashing mirror decals will be placed over each sink in bathrooms across NRG Park. Signage to encourage guests to wear face coverings will be placed on NRG Center walls, doors to NRG Center and NRG Arena, and throughout the Carnival area. 400 8 x8 mask-required decals will be placed in public transportation. Health and Medical Resources Available Onsite Among its 35,000-member volunteer corps, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is fortunate to have three committees specifically engaged in health and safety. While each of these committees has its own unique function, they all provide medical support on the Rodeo grounds. There are over 1,200 4 volunteers, mostly comprised of healthcare professionals and first responders, across these committees. As experts in their fields, they will be available to educate their specific audiences in best practices for health and safety while on Rodeo grounds.

6 Health The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Health Committee is comprised of licensed physicians, dentists and registered nurses who staff a primary care health clinic to provide health services to maintain the well-being of junior and professional exhibitors, vendors, and volunteers. Medical and Safety This committee is responsible for providing medical care for Show guests and assisting in crowd control. Members also serve as a liaison between the Show and the Houston Fire Department, and assist in management and operation of various first aid stations and mobile units. RODEOHOUSTON Sports Medicine The RODEOHOUSTON Sports Medicine Committee consists of a team of specialized medical professionals responsible for the treatment, health, and well-being of RODEOHOUSTON athletes. 5 FACILITIES: Environmental Hygiene and Facility Cleaning The volunteers, guests, staff, and talent needed to produce the Rodeo must be assured they are attending, working, and performing in a venue that has incorporated the highest standards of hygiene protocol.

7 The ASM VenueShield Environmental Hygiene program includes best-in-class practices related to cleaning and disinfecting public venues. ASM Global and AECOM, a leading firm within the infrastructure industry, have partnered together to create cleaning and disinfecting practices for ASM Global venues in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These practices have been customized to create specific cleaning and disinfecting best practices for NRG Park. The Rodeo has adopted these guidelines and, in conjunction with its partners, will execute to the best of its abilities to ensure all have the best experience possible while attending a Rodeo event at NRG Park. Event cleaning products and protocols will meet EPA guidelines. These products and protocols are approved for use and are effective against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens. Product selections will be made to ensure that they are safe for public use and do not have any impact to animal health or welfare.

8 The Rodeo is working in conjunction with Aramark Facilities to provide general cleaning of indoor public and private spaces and will implement the Facilities Pandemic Plan. Additional cleaning labor companies and outside contractors may be used to supplement cleaning of the Rodeo grounds in areas where Aramark may not be deployed. Filtration Filters for all air handling units in NRG Stadium, NRG Center, and NRG Arena have been upgraded to high efficiency MERV-13 filters. HVAC systems have been adjusted to provide maximum input of fresh air into NRG Stadium and NRG Center. 6 NRG Park Disinfecting Protocols Venue- and area-specific procedures will be used in defined areas of NRG Center and NRG Arena (restrooms, exhibition space, meeting space, and common area high-touch points), and in the NRG Arena seating bowls. There will be frequent sanitizing of common touchpoints, including handrails, doorknobs, faucets, food service counters, etc.

9 , frequent restroom cleaning, and restocking of hand soap and paper towels. OUTDOOR SPACE The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo also has significant opportunities for outdoor dining, entertainment, and gathering so more people can enjoy Rodeo activities, including the Rodeo Plaza food area, the Carnival, the Champion Wine Garden, sponsor activations and kids areas such as The Junction and Fun on the Farm. A map is provided below. 7 Houston Clean The Rodeo has joined with NRG Park and our community in the formation of Houston Clean Venues & Events to ensure guests can easily identify safety measures in place at venues and events in the community. The Houston Clean program is an endeavor to unify the individual efforts of participating venues and events to present consistent operating guidelines. These guidelines serve as a baseline commitment to practice recommended health safety protocols in alignment with orders issued by federal, state, and local officials, as well as the Center for Disease Control.

10 SUMMARY As an integral part of the greater Houston community, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is excited to welcome our guests for our 90th anniversary. In addition to monitoring evolving protocols at sporting events, concerts and other live entertainment venues, the Rodeo has been working with City, County and healthcare officials to develop this plan. The Rodeo will implement the above stated protocols and continue discussions with local officials as requested. We appreciate the support from all of our partners and look forward to a successful 2022 Rodeo .
