You will also learn how to log in to Trinity Access Gateway (TAG) and authenticate your account so you can Access your applications. If your phone is not available when authenticating to TAG, you can authenticate using a One-Time Bypass (see "One-Time Bypass). Log In to Phone Factor Using Internet Explorer/Google Chrome/FireFox 1. Type The Citrix Access Gateway page will display. 2. At the bottom of the page, click Click here to manage your PhoneFactor Account.
2 The PhoneFactor User Log In page will display. 3. Type your Network (Active Directory) Username and Password. 4. Click Log In. The PhoneFactor User Set Up page will display. Set Up Your Account To enroll your PhoneFactor account, you will need to enter your Phone Number and also create a four digit PIN, you also have the option to use a secondary number, if desired. Phone Factor User Setup Page 1. Type the Primary Phone Number including the area code. 2. Type the Backup Phone Number including the area code. This step is optional. 3. Create a four-digit PIN. 4. Type the four-digit PIN again to confirm. 5. Click Call Me Now. Your phone will ring. (If you're on a Trinity health Network, click continue) 6. Enter your PIN and press the # key. The Security Questions page will display.
3 7. Answer all four Security Questions. 8. Click continue. The Account Configuration Complete page will display, log out by clicking on Log Out in the upper right hand corner. Go to 2. Click on Downloads. 3. Under the heading "Most Downloaded", click on "Citrix Receiver (ICA)". Your type of Operating System will be automatically detected (Windows/MAC). 4. Click on "Download Receiver for Windows".
4 5. Save the file and then choose run. Citrix should now be installed. Log On To Trinity Access Gateway Now that you have created your PhoneFactor Account, you can log on to the Trinity Access Gateway (TAG) and begin accessing your applications. Citrix Access Gateway Page 1. Type your Network Username and Password. 2. Click Log On. You will receive a phone call from PhoneFactor. 3. Answer the phone. 4. Enter your PIN and press #. PhoneFactor will authenticate your account and automatically log on to TAG. The Citrix XenApp-Application page will display. You can now Access your applications by clicking on your respective portal or application. 5 For those situations, you can request a One-Time Bypass. The bypass expires 5 minutes after receiving it. Internet Explorer/Google Chrome/FireFox 1. Type The Citrix Access Gateway page will display. Citrix Access Gateway Page 2. At the bottom of the page, click "Click here to Manage Your PhoneFactor Account". The PhoneFactor User Log In page will display. PhoneFactor User Log in Page 3. Type your Network UserName and Password 4. Click on Log In, The Welcome Page will display. (It may take a few minutes for the page to display). 5. You will be asked to answer your four security questions. 6. Click One-Time Bypass. The "My Account: One-Time Bypass" page will display.
6 My Account: One-Time Bypass Page 7. Click Confirm. The One-Time Bypass confirmation will display. 8. Close the window to return to the Citrix Access Gateway page. (You have 5 minutes to sign on to TAG) Citrix Access Gateway page Sign on to using your Network Username and Password.
