1 JOB OPPORTUNITY . InterTrade is currently seeking to fill the position of: EDI Implementation Specialist Location: Laval, QC. InterTrade is a leading provider of cloud-based supply chain collaboration solutions. InterTrade is a subsidiary of Mediagrif Interactive Technologies. Mediagrif operates various networks, including industry leaders such as Jobboom, LesPAC, PowerSource Online, The Broker Forum, MERX, InterTrade , Carrus, BidNet, SourceSuite and ASC. Reporting to the Director, Professional Services - EDI Network, the EDI Implementation Specialist will be responsible of coordinating EDI implementation for external clients. Main responsibilities: Coordinating and successfully delivering various EDI implementations assigned, as per client's (new and existing) requirements.

2 Managing relationships and communications with clients, in order to manage expectations and keep them informed of future steps;. Preparing estimates according to the client's requirements, providing recommendations, performing EDI analyses and EDI transaction compliance testing as per EDI guides;. Planning / coordinating and proactively following up on tasks carried out in collaboration with internal teams (mapping, support, development, project coordination, etc.);. Participating in process improvement projects to improve efficiency;. Providing the necessary information to senior management, performing weekly dashboard updates and reporting problems and issues, as they arise;. Ensuring the proper documentation of requests in identified tools;. Performing any other related duties. Experience, skills & competencies: College degree in and IT related field, or equivalent.

3 Minimum of five (5) years in EDI implementation;. Experience as an EDI Implementation Specialist, Coordinator or Advisor in a specialized EDI firm;. Knowledge of the supply chain;. Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite;. Bilingual, oral and written (French & English);. Knowledge of one of the following ERP will be considered an asset: JDE, SAP, Oracle;. Dynamic and proactive / demonstrates initiative;. Strong analytical/critical thinking skills and ability to resolve problems;. Focus on customer satisfaction, while keeping in perspective the business context;. Organized, structured and attentive to detail;. Has a good sense of priorities and able to adapt to change;. Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously and to work under pressure in a dynamic and stimulating environment;. Team worker and interact with individuals at all levels of the company.
