2 CS&E is a Schneider Electric partner and distribute the SmartStruxure, Andover Continuum, I/Net, Vista and Pelco product lines. We also specialize in access control and CCTV. Job Description: The DDC Technician is responsible for programming, start-up, graphics, troubleshooting, training, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of DDC building automation systems in a commercial environment. Job Requirements: Prior experience in Building Automation which includes programming. Advanced computer skills. Network and IT knowledge. Skilled in programming, job start-up, checkout and troubleshooting. Possesses a thorough understanding of control theory and control concepts. Ability to understand blue prints, electrical schematics and circuitry. Working knowledge of all types of end devices such as actuators, air/water flow stations, CO2, humidity, temperature and other process transmitters. Experience with industry standards protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks).

3 Experience in programming or operating any of the Schneider Electric products such as Andover Continuum, CSI I/Net and Vista product lines is a plus. Knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems. Flexible to work overtime/weekends when needed to meet customer s deadlines or requirements. Ability to work independently and with other technicians. Access control or CCTV experience is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Current US Citizen. Valid driver s license.
