2 Effective stakeholder engagement. ENGINEERING installations are construction according to agreed standards, procedures, and specifications. ENGINEERING equipment maintained and repaired according to agreed standards, procedures, and schedules. Compliance with SHEQ, Kalagadi and client standards, policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Ensuring work is planned, scheduled, executed, and monitored in accordance with the ENGINEERING objectives. Analysing data for all underground and area of responsibility, reporting and investigating barriers to effective quality performance, causes of delays and deviations and ensuring mitigating plans are prepared and implemented. Identify and initiating system REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)Qualifications Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent Section 26 Trade Certificate Mechanical Proof of formal supervisory training in planning, leading, organising, and control Sound verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience At least 10 years' practical experience in the mining industry, appointed in a legal position.

3 At least 5 years' experience in a Foreman supervisory level capacity At least 5 years' experience in the TMM maintenance on TMM in underground mining Knowledge and experience in underground construction projects will be advantageous Other Requirements A valid code B/EB driver's licence legal appointment (previous experience) Medically fit for dutyKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Computer literacy and system knowledge:i. Working knowledge of all related company including IR, HC, and labour agreementsJOB TITLE : FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANTOPERATION: FINANCE DATE: 10 DECEMBER 2021 PURPOSE AND ROLE IN THE BUSINESS: Coordination and consolidation of the budget. Preparation of monthly management accounts for EXCO and external stakeholders. Preparation of IFRS compliant annual and interim financial statements. Coordination of internal and external audits. Preparation of statutory mining tax calculations (income tax and royalty tax) and deferred tax. Supervising Debtors and Creditors Clerks, Bank Reconciliation, Banking and Cash Flows. Draft and/or implement and apply policies and procedures.

5 Inventory and Fixed Asset management which includes but not limited to reconciling GL to FAR, calculating depreciation and impairment RESPONSIBILITIES Expected to be highly familiar with all production operations, and to interact daily with the operations team. Construct, maintain and monitor cost data systems to provide an appropriate level of cost information to management. Ongoing analysis of cost, tracking it back to the underlying activities. Investigating and reporting on variances. Assist the Finance Manager with the compilation of annual budgets and monthly reports, by specifically providing cost data, cost drivers and efficiencies for the mine and plant operations. Petty Cash Management. Provide a review and analysis of monthly cost information against budget to operations for discussion and finalization.

6 Diesel and electricity bill reconciliations and report. Explosive's reconciliations and report. Credit Cards reconciliations Ensure that cost classification is correct. Monthly stock recons. 7 The incumbent will be responsible to construct mine excavation layouts for short-, medium- and long-term planning and control purposes in compliance with statutory and company requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Arrange, schedule and co-ordinate planning meetings Schedule and manage the short interval control meeting Keep record of all decisions taken in Mine Planning meetings Report deviations from plan monthly Assist to generate relevant action plans to overcome production shortfalls Update the rolling plan Maintain mine design according to mine standards Monitoring and ensuring mining according to plan and design Assignment of workplace Ensure the monthly plan is aligned to the budget. Compile the month plan and ensuring that is signed-off Capture and distribute the High-Risk Area identified during planning meetings Ensure that the risk matrix has been done on all ends (workplaces) before mining commences Implement and communicate planning changes to the production personnel Ensure that all the planning minutes are available on the server Liaise with other MRM department ( , Geology, Survey, Ventilation, Rock ENGINEERING )

8 To ensure adherence to quality mining Capture and distribute the High-Risk Area identified during planning meetings Adjustment or capturing of new workplace during the month Prompt design changes due to geology or structures Assist mining personnel with any planning related or technical issues , capturing of daily bookings Month-end reconciliation of the planned vs. actual , broken square meters, tons, grade ounces, waste and reef meters Compilation of month end reports Capturing of daily bookings Compilation and distribution of daily report. Analysing and distribution of trends and statistics , Loss blast analysis report. Computing the analysing of the measuring results , depletion rate vs development Enable ease of ore reserve management , statistics on mining blocks available Update the monthly focus and prepare the safety meeting presentation Flag any discrepancy from pre planning and month plan by indication and reporting on critical ends mined Update the yearly focus based on measuring results Surpac administrations MS Project - , M/O Equipping scheduleMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

9 (Education & Experience) Qualification Grade 12/ NQF Level 4 Mining related Degree or Diploma Microstation, Mine CADD, Mine 2-4D, Studio 5, EPS and GEMCOM background Intermediate level user of mining related drafting software Valid Driver's licenseExperience Minimum of 2 years' experience in mining environment Experience in mine planning, design, and scheduling Proficient in Microsoft Office SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Short to mid-term Planning Generate Surpac designs and schedules Generate relevant Planning reports Liaise with production personnel and other stakeholders as per the Mine Planning Process Conduct benchmarking exercises Prepare the budget plan Compile the planning documentation , TSD Sign-off the mining rates and mining dimensions Short term planning - design and schedule the three-to-five-year plan Copying, creating and maintaining of all Surpac files.
