7 All personnel to wear hygienically acceptable contractor s uniform befitting working in a corporate Environment Other dietary requirements as required ( Halaal requirements) Page 5 of 46 EVALUATION CRITERIA Firstly Service Providers will be evaluated in terms of functionality as part of the minimum requirements before evaluated on price as follows:- FUNCTIONALITY CRITERION WEIGHTING Past Relevant Experience (Please provide contactable references letters providing similar service with good reputation) 50 Skills and resources available (Attach CV ) 30 valid a Certificate of Acceptability (CoA) 20 TOTAL 100 Service Providers will be evaluated in terms of functionality before being evaluated on price and B-BBEE. FUNCTIONALITY NB! The minimum cut off points for functionality is 70 points out of 100points and any bidder scoring less than 70 points will not be considered for further evaluation.

8 Service Providers that qualified pre-evaluation in terms of the functionality cut-off points of 70 points will then be evaluated in terms 80/20 preference point system. (Note points for functionality and price will not be combined as previously done).
