Be extra cautious during the first 100 hours. unnecessary engine idling. If Combine will beidling longer than five minutes, stop the coolant temperature gauge closely. If tem perature rises to green with white striped warningzone, shift to a lower gear or reduce load.

Torque the eight 3/4-inch machine bolts attaching separator uprights to drive wheel axle: Side Hill 6620 .. 300 ft-lbs (407 N m) 6620, 7720 and 8820 .. 200 ft-lbs (271 N m) After 100 Hours of Operation Drain crankcase oil, change filter, and refill.

4 See lubri cation section. Repeat this procedure every 200 hours or once a season, whichever occurs first. Replacing Upper Belt 1. Pull out on bottom of shield, then remove. 2. Loosen nuts (A). 3. To loosen idler, hold nut (8) with a wrench and turn adjusting bolt (C) until hole (E) moves down from gauge (D). A-Nuts B-Nut C-Adjusting Bolt D-Gauge E-Hole 4. When idler is loose remove cap screw (F) and shield with sheave. 5. Remove belt. 6. Replace belt. See belt adjustment next page. F-Cap Screw Replacing Lower Belt 1. Loosen lock nut to back off tension on idler. 2. Lift up on lower tightener and slide lower belts out. 3. Replace belt.
