2 Letter in HRD/CM/220/14/2013 14/6672 dated This has reference to our letter No. N 1/M 12/2014, dated: 29th Sept. 2014 addressed to the Chairman, Central Board of Direct Taxes, New Delhi, and copy endorsed to all the Unit/Circle General Secretaries of ITGOA /ITEF. In the endorsement of the above letter we had conveyed the decision not to cooperate with the administration in the task of revisiting the seniority of only one cadre until the above Advisory is amended as required by the JCA. As already communicated to you all through telephonic messages, the Board has issued the revised Advisory as demanded by us for implementation of the decision of the Hon ble Supreme Court in the case of NR Parmar [CA No.]
