If you decide to enter a Horse in this sale you are contracting to sell solely with Blooded Horse Sales and the Horse can no longer be offered for private sale. Please read "Terms Of Commission" and contract then fill the contract out completely and return it to the above address. The white contract should be used for the regular yearling session and the mixed session. The yellow contract is for the BLACK TYPE yearling session. There is an entry fee of $ per Horse regardless of the session you choose. Please send the signed registration certificates along with the entries.

2 The following papers will need to be sent to our office no later than two weeks prior to sale. There is a $ late paper fee added for any Horse without ALL papers turned in at sale time. 1) Signed REGISTRATION certificates or transfer if paperless. 2) Current ORIGINAL EXPORT COGGINS TEST (NO PHOTOSTATIC COPY or FAX). date blood drawn: within six months of sale date, listing the Horse 's registered name, tattoo number and freeze brand/ markings. Name on coggins should match the registration certificate! Health Certificate will be required for ALL horses ! 3) MATING CERTIFICATES for broodmares must be received by sales company or released at USTA prior to the sale and all stud fees must be paid.

3 Foal selling with mother must have signed application for registration and transfer and mating certificate. Foals selling separately from their mother, must be registered or the registration applied for at the USTA . All horses must be freeze branded or tattooed and DNA sent to lab (if age allows).
