Pre-registration services are available through May 22. A $50 processing fee will be applied to all professional on-site registration service charge of $50 will be applied to all cancellations. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Phone cancellations will not be accepted however, email cancellation notification is acceptable if sent to by April 19, 2018. No shows are not considered cancellations. Please review registration form for additional presentation abstracts will be available online prior to the meeting.
