If you have not already paid your fall fees in full, the remainder of your fees are due by August 16, 2017. We cannot guarantee that a position will be held for you if you do not pay the balance of your fees by the deadline date. If you are going to pay your full year s tuition, please remit payment by the due date, to the College using one of the payment methods mentioned below.

4 If you have applied for OSAP, you will need to pay the balance of your tuition upon receipt of your OSAP funds. You may wish to redirect your OSAP fees to the College so that you will not have to remember to pay your fees when your OSAP funds are received. If you did not already redirect your OSAP to the College and wish to do so, please speak with a representative in our Financial Aid Department. If you are being sponsored by WSIB, DIA, MCSS, etc. please complete an Agency Sponsor form and return it to the College . In order to process your registration, we must have a sponsorship letter from your sponsoring agency on file at the College as well as the signed Agency Sponsor form from you.

5 PAYMENT METHODS We encourage you to pay for your tuition using one of the following methods: At your bank: Fees can be paid through all major Financial Institutions using online or telephone banking. You will need to set up St. Clair College as a payee. The account number is your student ID with an extra 0 at the front making it 8 digits. By Mail: Return your Tuition Payment Form via Canada Post: St. Clair College , Registrar s Office, Room 166, 2000 Talbot Rd. West, Windsor, ON N9A 6S4. In person: Visit the Registrar s Office in Windsor or Chatham to make your payment in person. Cash, Interac, and Cheque or money order payable to St. Clair College will be accepted.

6 For your convenience drop boxes are located at both the Windsor and the Chatham campuses. International Payment Options: Overseas payments should be made online using our payments platform WU GlobalPay for Students You can pay online or by bank transfer in the currency of your choice. Click here for more information Please Note: As of September 30th, 2017, St. Clair College will no longer accept credit cards as a form of payment for tuition. We encourage students to pay using online banking through their financial institution. 4 CHOOSING AN ELECTIVE Should you need to choose an elective (i. e. ELEC appears on your class summary ). Please use the elective listing and Choosing an Elective Form that was mailed to you to select and register for your elective.

Student Centre Fee assists with the costs of the Student Centre. Enhances Student Success Fee offsets costs associated with student outreach programming and online benefits. Graduation Fee covers graduation and convocation expenses. Liripipe Fee is a fee for the liripipe received at the graduation ceremony. Health Insurance Fee covers the cost of student insurance plans for Windsor/Chatham and all international students (see page 12) Materials Fee offsets any program specific materials, equipment, or clothing that are retained by the student.

10 Locker Fee at the Windsor Campus are optional (see page 13). Chatham Campus students are assigned a locker and assessed a fee per year. Technology Access Fee assists with the cost of providing students with up-to-date information/instructional technologies, software, maintenance, etc. Transcript/Certification Fee covers the cost of transcript and certification letters requested by current and former students. Recreation/Fitness Capital Centre Fee offsets capital construction costs of the Recreation/Fitness Centre for a period of ten (10) years. Student Card Fee student cards are required to provide proof of status and for access to the library, computer labs, and certain photocopy machines Thames Student Centre Capital Fee offsets capital construction costs of the Thames Student Centre for a period of ten (10) years.
