3 TRAINER Teh Tik Hong is has over 8 years of hands-on training experience in training needs and training requirements identification. He has designed, developed, customized and personally trained more than 1000 person in 7 programs. With his 17 years of working experience in manufacturing environment, he has wide range exposure in various areas of manufacturing from production, process engineering, research & development to organization development and training. He has contributed in various cost savings projects, machine capacity optimization, process optimization, yield improvements and people development projects. He has trained and coached 39 continuous improvement teams and organized improvement conventions. He is a Certified Lean-Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Green Belt, Certified team building trainer and Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) certified trainer.
