2 The bulls are available for viewing at your convenience at our feedyard, located 2 miles east of HWY 183/9 West junction, then miles south on the blacktop. From the P+ Sale Center, the feedyard is located miles west, then miles south. 3 We will deliver bulls to central points at buyer s OUTLoad out will take place after the completion of the bulls are guaranteed 100% to be sound and healthy breeders. Sight unseen purchases are guaranteed 100%. Every effort has been made to ensure these bulls are fertile and sound. All bulls have undergone a breeding soundness exam and are guaranteed against breeding injury for 90 days after March 16, 2013. 4 Starting at 1:00 PM the first pen of bulls will be closed out in a live choice auction format. Pens will be closed out in numerical order. You will be bidding for choice of the pen. The starting bid will be the floor price of that specific pen and will be auctioned off with a live auctioneer. *Note each pen has a different floor price. The winning bidder will get choice of the pen and has the option to take as many bulls in the pen as they wish. Then the next choice selection will be auctioned off. Each pen will be auctioned off until there are no more bulls left within the pen or the bids are not $100 dollars over the base price.
