Once dry, the dispersion provides goodwear resistance, has a low friction coefficient, and ensuressmooth operation at low speeds. The dispersion dries veryquickly in spite of the water contained in the solvent.

2 Adhesion oniron, non-ferrous metals, plastic materials ( ABS, PC, PVC,PU, PA, PS), and elastomers ( NBR, FKM, SBR, EPDM) berplus S 03-105 reduces friction and wear in metal/metal,metal/ plastic and plastic/plastic friction components. It is alsosuitable as a release agent when casting tin hinges, and tolubricate slide rails, threads, bolts and bushings. Kl berplus S03-105 can also be used as an assembly aid for plastic andelastomer notesKl berplus S 03-105 is a ready-to-use product. Shake or stir wellbefore use. The dispersion can be applied by spraying,immersion, or by brush.

If required, Kl berplus S 03-105 canbe diluted with deionized water or tap water up to a hardness of10 dH. In this context it is important to keep in mind that theproduct s lubricity and wetting capacity decrease as the watercontent increases. Kl berplus S 03-105 is dry to the touch afterapprox. 15 min. at 20 C or 1 min. at approx. 60 C. It iscompletely hard after 24 hrs.
