1 kllm Driving Academy Arrival preparedness Handout New Students and Refreshers must bring copy of license, social security card and birth certificate. Also, bring transcripts if you have not already submitted them. New Students coming by bus, should arrive in Jackson on Sunday to begin classes on Monday. Refreshers coming by bus, should arrive in Jackson on Wednesday to begin classes on Thursday. We suggest that you bring a week s worth of clothing, new students will be here for 3 weeks, and refreshers are here for 8 days. The motel does offer washer/dryer.
2 The motel will offer a continental breakfast and the school will provide lunch daily. The third meal will be your responsibility. Commuters will receive paid lunch each day the school is open, Monday thru Saturday. Out of town students who can t commute, will stay at the Motel 6 Jackson Airport Pearl 216 N Pearson Rd Pearl, MS. Motel 6 will also offer daily shuttle service to the school and back to the motel at the end of day. School hours will be You will need to be in the lobby of motel by 6:45 Students will need to bring notebook paper for taking notes and a writing utensil.
3 The school will provide any other materials. Students will need to bring money for extra meals and personal items. The school will pay for your Class A permit and your Class A license. The tuition is paid for pending the student works for kllm for 1 year. If student does not fulfill the 1 year contract, they will have to pay the tuition on a pro rated basis. Refreshers tuition is paid as long as they work for kllm for 6 months. If they do not meet their obligation, they will be charged tuition on a pro rated basis. You should dress neatly and bring proper footwear.
4 No flip flops or open toed shoes. Shorts must come to within an inch of knee. No nose rings or other facial rings. Females must wear proper undergarment for support.
