AND MANAGEMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY,HEALTH AND 2549 ( )-This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force for the following categories of businesses or workplaces: (1) Mine, quarry, petroleum or petrochemical business. (2) Making, producing, assembling, packaging,repairing, maintaining, storing, improving, decorating, extending, modifying, transforming, degrading or destroying any material or property including constructing ships, and generating, transforming and supplying electricity or other power.

This regulation requiring the employer shall arrange the OS&E training and appoint their employees to be the safety officer at supervisor level, technical level, high- technical level, professional level, management level ,OSH&E committee and head of safety department for OSH&E administration at their workplace.
