Graves Company guarantees that every item you purchase from us is free from defects in material and/or workmanship. If you receive an item that does not meet your requirements or specifications, simply return the unused or defective item within 14 days for exchange, credit or refund - your choice. Graves also provides an unconditional product guarantee for parts and labor on all machinery and electronic Equipment for 6 months from date of purchase. This warranty does not include any incidental or consequential expenses incurred by the purchaser.

2 No other warranty is Charges - All orders are shipped FOB Pompano Beach, Florida. The customer is responsible for freight costs. Whenever possible, we will utilize UPS standard rates. Requested specials such as 1 day or 2 day air, or express mail will be charged at exact rates plus a handling charge. Graves charges a 10% restocking fee on all refused TERmSOpen Accounts. Credit terms are only extended to large business accounts and qualified Graves dealers. 6 Since this policy is to provide the customer with the required items in a timely fashion we appre-ciate prompt payment when the merchandise is received. In the case that you feel that the price was more than you were willing to spend, you may return the item(s) as outlined in our Guar-antee Policy for exchange, credit or payments are credited to your account (and will also be indicated on the invoice).
