Working closely with the CEO you will be fully respons- ible for the overall management and strategic develop- ment of the pig production. It s therefore required that you have experience from LARGE SCALE pig production. 3 We expect the person to re-locate to SOUTH AFRICA for a minimum period of 2-3 years. You will be responsible for managing 4,800 sows full line in a newly developed world class facility. You will manage several employees, who do not have the same basic agricultural training as in Europe. It is therefore imperative that you are able to teach, train and motivate your staff. You will Interact closely with the CEO and the COO. As the position carries tactical and managerial respon- sibility this position will be valuable in your future career path.
