The seller of any interest inresidential real property is required to provide the buyer with any information on LEAD-BASED PAINT hazards from riskassessments or inspections in the seller s possession and notify the buyer of any known LEAD-BASED PAINT hazards. A riskassessment or inspection for possible LEAD-BASED PAINT hazards is recommended prior to SELLER'S OR LANDLORD'S DISCLOSUREI (we) have no knowledge of LEAD-BASED PAINT and/or LEAD-BASED PAINT hazards in the housing other than the following:Residential Lease or Month-to-Month Rental Agreement, orother:("Property") inis referred to as Seller orI (we) have no reports or records pertaining to LEAD-BASED PAINT and/or LEAD-BASED PAINT hazards in the housing otherthan the following, which, previously or as an attachment to this addendum have been provided to Buyer or Tenant.
