(Congregation): Lord, let all the nations gather with us and say: I was glad when they said to me, "Let us go into the house of the Lord." Our feet have been standing within your gates, O Jerusalem! Prophecy (Reader): The prophet still speaks: He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.

(Congregation): The Virgin, Mary ponders all these things and responds: My soul does magnify the Lord. And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior .. He has shown strength with His arm; He has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts. He has put down the mighty from their thrones, and exalted the lowly.
