1 LIABILITY WAIVER The AMR Travel Club assumes no responsibility for accidents or injury to individuals participating in any of the Travel Club organized trips. The Club assumes no responsibility if a traveler is refused entry into a country for any reason. It is the traveler's sole responsibility to ensure all travel documents are valid and effective as well as obtaining all vaccinations as required. A passport, valid for six months AFTER the intended date of return is required in many cases for travel overseas. Some countries may require visas for or citizens. It is the responsibility of each passenger to be aware of Government issued travel advisories. The responsibility of the AMR Travel Club is strictly limited. All travel services offered are reserved or purchased from other suppliers here in the or overseas. The AMR Travel Club does not assume any LIABILITY whatsoever for injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence of or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company, airline, or person rendering any of the services included in these tours, or by act of God, act of war or terrorism.

2 Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage, changes or delays due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond our personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions and schedule changes, forced stopovers, rerouting or acts of any governments or authority. We reserve the right to decline or accept any person as a member of any tour or to cancel or alter the tour without notice. Changes in itinerary can occur at any time based on necessity by tour operator or trip coordinator. It is also the responsibility of the traveler to keep informed on deposit and payment date requirements by monitoring the AMR Travel Club website as well as monitoring their email for information from the Club. It is also the responsibility of the traveler to be familiar with non-revenue travel and transportation needs to arrive at the destination.

3 It is highly recommended that all individuals obtain travel insurance prior to departure. Normally, not included in the participant s tour, unless otherwise indicated, is air transportation of any kind, airport flight taxes, fees, passport and visa fees, insurance, meals not detailed, tips, optional tours, extra night hotels and transfers to and from the airport at the destination. The tour price does not cover costs and expenses incurred if the traveler leaves the tour of his or her own accord. Refunds are not given for any portion of the tour not used. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 is assessed on every deposit. This fee is in addition to cancellation fees put in place by the tour operator and varies according to the tour. Each tour has a different cancellation policy and it is the responsibility of the passenger to be aware of the cancellation policy prior to making any cancellations. Deposits cannot be transferred to another AMR Travel Club tour.

4 All trips are based on non-revenue air travel unless specifically indicated. By basing the itinerary on non-revenue travel, the right is reserved to move trips forward or backward to accommodate the tour company and the best travel days. If the traveler is planning to purchasing confirmed tickets, he or she must verify in advance that the trip has filled and dates will not be changed. The AMR Travel Club will not refund on purchased air tickets for any reason whether for cancellation of trip or change of dates. continued The individuals on the AMR Travel Club trip agree that they have read the itinerary and inclusions of the tour. They also realize that the individuals can make no changes to the itinerary on the tour. In so doing, the participants involved in making any changes will be solely responsible for additional fees or billings. It is also understood that monitoring personal emails and the AMR Travel Club website is imperative in order to receive trip information.

5 The AMR Travel Club is not the source or supplier of the travel services included in the tour package. The Club is solely an agent for the actual suppliers of such services and assume no LIABILITY for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, insurrection, revolt or other civil uprising, other military actions, strikes or any Act of God occurring in either the country of destination or through passage, or for any reason whatsoever. The AMR Travel Club will not be held responsible should a supplier fail to provide the travel services purchased or to damages on the tour. Acceptance of the Tour Contract will serve as a Release of LIABILITY and Assumption of Risk Agreement. Your signature on the trip application and your payment of any deposit indicates you have read and agree to the conditions of this LIABILITY WAIVER and the ABC's of the Club.
