3 Feldman, Esq. Mr. Feldman is a shareholder in the Philadelphia law firm of Anapol, Schwartz, Weiss, Cohan, Feldman & Smalley, and had been the firm s managing partner from 1991-2009. His practice includes securities litigation and civil litigation of Personal Injury claims and claims on behalf of consumers. His securities practice involves handling cases for individual investors, as well as governmental entities against brokerage firms. His civil practice includes handling automobile and truck accidents, products liability, liquor liability, construction accidents, professional liability, highway design, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and premises liability cases.

4 He received his Bach-elor s degree from the University of Vermont in 1976, law degree from Villanova University in 1981 and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Feldman is currently enrolled in a Master s Program in Counseling at Villanova University and anticipates receiving his degree in community coun-seling in 2012. Mr. Feldman is the co-author of the Library Pennsylvania Personal Injury Forms published by the Legal Intelligencer. He is also the co-author of Elevator and Escalator Accident Reconstruc-tion and Litigation, published by Lawyers and Judges Publishing Company (Second edition 2006), and Pennsylvania Causes of Action, published by the Legal Intelligencer in 2011, and articles on the use of protective orders in products liability cases published by The Brief, The American Bar Association.

5 Mr. Feldman has been a featured speaker for the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association Case of the Month and has been course planner and moderator for a number of Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (PAJ) Continuing Legal Education programs. Among the topics on which he has presented at these programs are automobile and truck accident issues, liquor liability, governmental immunity, use of engineering witnesses at trial, releases, differences between the State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, removal and remand, investigation techniques in dram shop cases, deposition tech-niques in motor vehicle and premises liability cases, comparison of Pennsylvania and New Jersey motor vehicle insurance law, securities fraud.

6 Unsuitable investments for senior citizens, variable annuities and deceptive sales practices in the brokerage industry. Mr. Feldman frequently combines law and counseling and speaks to lawyers as well as com-munity groups on topics relating to grief and loss. He is also passionate about raising awareness of the dangers of distracted driving, speaks to various school, community and professional groups on that topic and produced a 3-minute public service video for the Dept of Transportation that is used across the country in various programs.

Prior to becoming an As-sociate, Ms. Racine worked at Anapol as a paralegal from 2002 to 2008. Ms. Racine received her Bachelor s degree in History & Politics from Drexel University where she was an Drexel Scholar.

9 Ms. Racine entered Temple University s James E. Beasley School of Law in 2004 and attended classes in the evening while continuing her paralegal work at the firm. In 2008, she received her law degree and was awarded Distinguished Classroom Performance and Out- Mr. Barbiero was named a Pennsylvania Rising Star Super Lawyer in the December 2008 edi-tion of Philadelphia magazine which recognizes the top percent of attorneys 40 years old or younger in the state of Pennsylvania .
