RPA Chair Vice Chair Treasurer Secretary Page 5 Lilian Schick School (780) 921-2200 Thank you for participating in our Spring Book Fair. With your support we have earned over $1100 in product for our learning commons and classrooms! Although this is our smaller book fair, it was a huge success for a number of reasons; we didn t have parent teacher interviews to rely on (but you turned up anyways, thank you), we sold lots of books vs.
6 Toys in comparison to the fall book fair, and we got many new books into the hands of students to read and enjoy for years to come. We appreciate your continued support for our learning commons and welcome your feedback and suggestions. Ms. Requa Library Tech Page 6 Lilian Schick School (780) 921-2200 A Peace Pole is a handcrafted monument that displays the message and prayer May Peace Prevail on Earth on each of its four sides. There are tens of thousands of Peace Poles in 180 countries all over the world dedicated as monuments to peace.
7 They serve as constant reminders for us to visualize and pray for World Peace. Students have painted our Peace Pole which will be displayed in the School as a sign of peace and a celebration of diversity.
