3 Can I please remind you that the dress is regulation whites (or coloured shirts) and that club identity discs must be used. Your bowls must be on the green 15 minutes prior to your designated start time for inspection by the Umpire for the day, Graham Smith. There is a green fee charge levied by the host club of per player per session. Any problems, either before or during the day, I should be your first point of contact, unless it s specific to the game in hand and then it should be directed to your umpire.
