Amritmahal) Principal Important Instructions regarding filling of online Pre- admission form 1) The name of the student on the online form should be filled exactly the same as it is on the HSC/CBSE/ISC or any other board Marksheet. 2) Name in Marathi (Devnagari) should be filled in correctly. 3) Name of the board where the student has passed their class X and class XII should be entered correctly.

2 4) Please select the subjects correctly as mentioned in our admission form and offered by our College. Please note that as per the University rule it is mandatory that, the name on the online form should be the same as it is on the 12th Markskeet, as these forms are later sent to the University of Mumbai for Enrolment after which the student is given a Permanent Registration Number. In case the name entered by you is not as per the marksheet your form will be rejected at the University level (This includes all the names which are printed on your marksheet your name, Father s Name and Mother s name)
