All CANDIDATES are to report by 1500 hrs. on 25 Feb 2018 at the following address as mentioned below, Coast Guard Selection Board, A-1, Sector-24, Gautam Budh Nagar Uttar Pradesh 201 301 candidate arriving late will not be listed along with current batch 5. The FINAL selection will consist of Psychological Test, Group Task and Interview (Personality Test). CANDIDATES are to bring their own writing material. CANDIDATES recommended by FINAL Selection Board will be required to undergo the medical examination. CANDIDATES unable to complete their FINAL medical (including appeal and review cases) by 01 Apr 2018 (for Group-4) failing which the name of CANDIDATES will not be considered in the FINAL merit list.

5 6. DOCUMENTS. CANDIDATES are required to bring following documents in original and one attested copy of all documents, failing which the CANDIDATES will not be permitted to attend the examination:- 3 (a) All educational certificates including 10th class pass certificate/mark sheet in original mandatory along with a photo copy duly attested, in support of date of birth. CANDIDATES who have completed their Degree in 2016/2017 should be in possession of Original / Provisional Degree issued by the College/University. CANDIDATES completed their Degree before 2016 must be in possession of Original Degree issued by the University, if not, the candidate must be in a possession of "Non issuance of Degree Certificate" issued / signed from the concerned University only (format available in ).

6 In case the same is not issued by the concerned university for any reasons, then a letter/ correspondence pertaining to this effect from the university, needs to be produced during FSB. (b) SC and ST category CANDIDATES are required to produce category certificates as per state government format. OBC category CANDIDATES are required to produce category certificate as per Govt of India format. The certificate formats are available in CG website If any reserved category candidate , fails to produce appropriate caste certificates then he will be rejected and will not be permitted to appear in the tests.

7 (c) NCC and Sports (National) Certificates etc. (d) 08 recent coloured passport size photographs as affixed in online application form. (e) CHARACTER CERTIFICATE. Issue date of certificate should not be more than six months from the date of reporting for FSB and issued by any one of District Police/ Revenue Official/ Headmaster/ Principal of Recognised School/ College/ BDO/Panchayat Inspector/ Village Sarpanch/ Pradhan/ Armed Forces Commissioned Officer {active list} and any Gazetted Officer. (f) No claim certificate & risk certificate duly completed as per format enclosed. 7. CANDIDATES not meeting the eligibility criteria on scrutiny of application and shortage of documents would lead to cancellation of candidature during the course of testing.

8 8. You are required to stay at the station of the FSB for approximately 05 days. Food and accommodation will be provided free of cost during this period. 9. To & Fro 3rd AC or chair car or state run transport bus fare travelled by shortest route will be reimbursed if the home station is beyond 30 km from the place of interview for the first time appearing in Coast Guard FSB on production of tickets. 10. Request for change in date of test/ interview will not be entertained. 11. All Defence/ Paramilitary serving CANDIDATES are to be in uniform on the day of conference. Copy of correspondence regarding NOC would be required for consideration of attending FSB.

9 Such CANDIDATES if arriving on temporary duty, are to get themselves transferred to their respective local units at Delhi for documentation purposes and to report one day in advance and to report CG Selection Board on promulgated time. 4 12.
