2 The owners and managers spent many years in the shop & field and are aware of the potential hazards to their valuable employees. Our safety department includes an experienced safety director as well as full-time field staff. We train and work closely with our Supervision and Management Team auditing our projects and correcting safety related issues. Each job is planned and reviewed with the supervisor and all aspects of safety are dissected and evaluated with the Manage-ment Team to assure total compliance before the project starts.
