2 We are aware that there are times when the outcome of a member experience does not match the expectation, or that rules and regulations are not applied consistently. Below are summaries of Committee progress: Food & Beverage New menus for Delfinos, Atlantic Grill, Ocean Bar and Lodge Pool/Beach service will be in place before the high season kicks off Memorial Day weekend. Several more wine dinners and liquor and beer tasting s are planned for the remainder of the year. Expect to see changes to Cooking with the Chefs, and the committee is looking for new ideas for Tea Service. New menus for our member events are being developed and will include vegetarian options.

The Committee is working closely with Brad & team on improving Pace of Play and the Score Posting Process Summary Please remember that ABOG s role is to provide input to members and Club Management on programs, plans and activities, and to advise on the Club s policies, rules and regulations.

6 We work alongside our Club Management Partners to identify opportunities to restore the Membership benefits and experiences to pre-hurricane levels as well. There is a continued commitment by The Club to making needed repairs to all assets on the property, applying Club rules and regulations consistently, and to improving quality and customer service for all members and resort guests. Much work remains, however, we can agree that many repairs and improvements have been made in the past 12 months throughout The Club. We see the physical improvements as well as scores from event survey responses. Thanks to the work of the Committees and The Club, we are improving the member experience one day at a time! Thank you to all Members for your patience, understanding, and support for the work of ABOG and The Club in helping to achieve our 2018 Members:We had a good Control Burn on Thursday, March 8.
