Unless the context otherwise specifies or requires, capitalized terms used herein shall have the respective meanings assigned herein or in the Schedules hereto, or in the PJM Tariff or PJM Operating Agreement if not otherwise defined in this Agreement, for all purposes of this Agreement (such definitions to be equally applicable to both the singular and the plural forms of the terms defined).

10 Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to Articles, Sections or Schedules, are to Articles, Sections or Schedules of this Agreement. As used in this Agreement: Agreement: Agreement shall mean this Reliability Assurance Agreement, together with all Schedules hereto, as amended from time to time. Annual Demand Resource: Annual Demand Resource shall mean a resource that is placed under the direction of the Office of the Interconnection during the Delivery Year, and will be available for an unlimited number of interruptions during such Delivery Year by the Office of the Interconnection , and will be capable of maintaining each such interruption between the hours of 10:00AM to 10:00PM.
