4 REGISTERED END USER SPECIAL ORDERING REQUIREMENTHow do I Register my End User? Simply arrange for your end user to complete the Master LOCK KEY CHARTING REGISTRATION FORM and forward with your official purchase order to Mayo Hardware Pty Ltd. A unique ID number will be assigned to your end user and sent via email to the nominated email address (Please keep end user ID number on record for re-ordering purposes).Re-ordering for a Registered End User: Clearly identify on the purchase order the following information REGISTERED END USER, <<INSERT COMPANY NAME, END USER ID NUMBER>> .If you are placing an order for a Registered End User with an existing Master Key System, please include the Master Key Number on your / TAGOUT12 SAFETY LOCKOUT / TAGOUT | CALL 1300 360 211 KEYING OPTIONS KEYED TO DIFFER (KD): Each lock is opened by its own unique key that does not open any other lock in the set.

5 Keyed to Differ is the standard keying on all Master Lock Safety Padlocks. KEYED ALIKE (KA): This option provides the same key convenience and eliminates the need for multiple keys where numerous padlocks are used. Keyed Alike is ideal for situations where employees have more than one safety padlock. Master KEYED (MK): In a Master Keyed System, a Master key opens all the locks in the system although each lock has its own unique key. This permits overriding Master key systems along departmental or other functional lines, to allow supervisory LOCKOUT PADLOCK MAINTENANCE Over time, dust, particles and chemicals in the air settle on and in the padlock.

6 They can create friction inside the precision locking and keying components and impede the opening and closing of the padlock. Annual cleaning is recommended. In particularly dusty or corrosive environments clean every three months. Clean the padlock body, then use pressurised air to blow out dust. Apply a greaseless dry lubricant such as Selleys Eze-Glide. A very light spray of lubricant is recommended. Do not apply a heavy coat. Less is better. Insert key, open and close padlock several times to distribute lubricant. Wipe excess off key. NEVER use an oil or graphite for lubricant.

7 Oil attracts dust. Oil can also interfere with the movement of the pins in the locking mechanism. Graphite is often applied in excess, which then interferes with part movement. ONLY use a dry lubricant for best results.
