Home Page: Enter User Name Enter Password Enter Company Code Imaged Loan Delivery 2 of 5 Pipeline: Search Criteria: Select filter Select Last Name or Servicing Number Enter the Last Name or the Servicing Number (BB&T s loan number 699xxxxxxx) Select Display Opening a File: Select Upload Imaged Loan Delivery 3 of 5 Uploading a File.

2 Select Upload Package Type To upload a package to be underwritten, prior to closing, select submit a loan for Pre Close Underwriting To upload a package for a closed loan, select submit a closed loan for review To upload a miscellaneous document, select submit trailing or miscellaneous documents Select Browse to select the Imaged File (PDF or TIF file) to upload Select Upload Imaged Loan Delivery 4 of 5 Once conditions are placed on a loan, the only upload option will be for pended items. Please send all pended items through the new upload functionally on the website.

3 Once file is uploaded exit window to return to pipeline Upload Messages: Document has been uploaded successfully The package has been received and your upload history has been updated The file upload was unsuccessful. Upon first login to the website, all users will be prompted to change their passwords. Password standards are as follows: Minimum 8 characters, maximum 20 characters At least one alpha character, and At least one numeric character, and At least one special character (!)

The News and Announcements box will be updated on a regular basis with important information regarding guidelines changes, bulletins, etc. Based on your level of security, you will only see the loans you have registered and locked/float under your User Name and Password provided to you by your company s Website Administrator.

The first time you log in to the website, there will be no loans in your pipeline.
