4 The containers shall be placed no more than 5 away from the property curb line for pick up. THE LIDS MAY NOT BE TIED TO THE Trash OR Recycling CONTAINERS. YOU MAY TIE THE LIDS TO THE BINS/ CORRALS NOTE: Trash and Recycling must be put in covered containers marked homeowners choose blue cans for their Recycling to distinguish NOT TIE NEWSPAPERS IN BUNDLES OR BAGS, NO FILM/WRAPS, PLASTIC BAGS OR STYROFOAM IN Recycling . Recycling IN PLASTIC BAGS WILL NOT BE PICKED UP. COMMERCIAL ONLY, UP TO 6 CONTAINERS IS ALLOWED FOR EACH RECYCLE AND Trash CURBSIDE COLLECTION DAY. 5 Toilet tanks must be seperated from the base. No pilings or piling butts will be picked up with must be cut into 4 lengths and tied in bundles weighing no more than 40 pounds. CLIPPINGS (chips, pine needles/cones, weeds, and grass) are to be placed in plastic bags weighing no more than 40 lbs. per bag and put out along with your household Trash . WE CANNOT TAKE PROPANE TANKS - they are accepted at household hazardous waste day or at a local gas station with a propane exchange program, or at Home Depot or Lowe s. Homeowners can also drop off electronics at the Southern Ocean County Facility in Manahawkin. BRUSH Brush will be picked up every Wednesday by MEADOWBROOK INDUSTRIES, but MUST be scheduled by calling TOWNSHIP Trash & Recycling by noon on Tuesday. All brush (tree limbs, branches) are recyclable and MUST be tied in 4 bundles weighing no more than 40 pounds. Diameter of limbs should be no more than 31/2 . Brush should not be placed onto dunes. You may also drop off brush at the Recycling Drop-Off Center. No grass. UNTIED BRUSH WILL NOT BE PICKED UP. NO BRUSH IN PLASTIC BAGS.
