2 //Students will receive employment and practical experience in anImproving Access to Psychological Therapies Service alongside thisformal training needed in order to become a qualified PsychologicalWellbeing programme is delivered through a combination of lectures,workshops, skills practice, clinical seminar skills groups, directedreading and e-learning. 3 Your career The Postgraduate Certificate is the formal training required as part of thestudent's employment as an IAPT Psychological Wellbeing PWPs are appointed at band 4 and upon successful completionof the programme will move to being qualified PWPs.
