8 For the purposes of this Guide , low rise diverse Housing development includes: Dual occupancies Manor houses and 'one above the other' dual occupancies - buildings of between 2-4 dwellings Multi dwelling Housing (terraces) Multi dwelling Housing (town houses and villas)It is development that contains two or more dwellings and is no more than two storeys in Code also allows the conversion of an existing house into a dual occupancy.
