Gurav, Regional Officer (HQ), Mumbai, Special Invitee Chairman of the committee welcomed the members of the committee and allowed proceeding of the meeting to start. PP shall convert existing water sprinkling arrangement into chemical fogging arrangement (MgCl2) within 03 months period. 5. PP shall submit Bank Guarantee as per BG regime within 15 days period. 6. PP shall install real-time coal ash analyser on pilot basis by 31st May 2018. 7. PP shall provide tar road in remaining area by 31st March 2018. 8. PP shall carry out over burden dump management as per CPCB guidelines. 9. PP shall carry out plantation as per EC condition before ensuing monsoon. 10. PP shall provide treatment plant for mine water discharge and submit sedimentation tank design details. 11. PP shall obtain NOC/clarification from CGWA within 03 months. Consent shall be issued after verification of consent fees payment, after receipt of latest compliance report from SRO and forfeiture of proportionate BG.

6 2. MPCB-CONSENT-0000007229 Asian Institute of Medical Sciences Pvt. Ltd. Plot No. P-72, , Milap Nagar, Dombivli (E), Kalyan NOT APPROVED Consent to Operate for Health Care Establishment -- The committee noted that the PP has already obtained CCA for 100 bedded hospital which is valid. Also noted that PP has applied for combined consent and BMW Authorization for 250 bedded hospital vide UAN Number 0000011968 & 0000007229. Ltd., Waterfront Dharamtar, Pen, Dist. Raigad NOT APPROVED 1st Consent to Operate (Part) --- The committee noted that earlier the case was placed before CAC meeting held on The case is again resubmitted for seeking approval for part operate for expansion and renewal. Committee deliberated the issue in depth and made the following observations; 1. PP has applied for plain renewal of consent (Jetty length of mtrs) for handling capacity 13,50,000 MT/M. ( MTPA) . 2. PP has applied for first C to O for expansion for length 395 mtrs with proportionate handling capacity of 8,40,000 MT/M. ( MTPA) (total length mtrs including existing Jetty length and first phase expansion) for which C to E and EC including CRZ Clearance already obtained.

8 3. The MoEF and CC has also accorded EC for Jetty expansion project with length 1750 mtrs on 4. It is also noted from SRO remark that the work of expansion for first phase of Jetty is already completed and is ready to operate. 4. Committee also noted the reply received from MMB, GoM that JSW Dharamtar Port had carried out repairs of the Dilapidated Jetty structure of the Jetty and integrated adjacent test pile which was essential to prevent falling of debris in navigation channel and also to avoid any eventualities of accident. They have also stated that the cargo handling operation is carried out by the company from designated part of Jetty and restored part of the Jetty is not use for operation. 5. APPROVED 1st Consent to Operate (Part) Committee noted that PP has obtained Environmental Clearance from SEAC committee vide letter dated for total plot area 5,60,000 Sq.

10 Mtrs. and total BUA 12,13,345 Sq. Mtrs. Committee also noted that PP has obtained consent to establish dated for total plot area 5,60,000 Sq. Mtrs. and total construction BUA 6,72, Sq. Mtrs. PP has also obtained 1st consent to operate (Part-I) for total construction BUA 4,21,009 Sq. Mtrs. In view of above, it was decided to grant 1st Consent to Operate (Part -II) for Residential cum Commercial Project of M/s. Pegasus Properties Pvt. Ltd,R-1/1, R-1/2, R-1/3, R-1/4 Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park-III, Village- Man & Bhoir Wadi Mulshi on total plot area 5,60,000 sqm and Construction BUA of 6,14, (out of TCBUA of 6,72, as per CtoE dated ) by imposing following conditions: 1.
