Technical Service & Support At MANSOUR MINING TECHNOLOGIES Inc. our technical service department is dedicated to providing quality technical support and expertise. We take a problem solving approach when dealing with any technical issues to ensure all of our products remain of the highest quality. Proper installation and application of all our products are communicated to our customers through on-site training and product knowledge via product demonstrations and in-class pride ourselves on our proactive and rapid response time.

5 Our reaction time between when a request is made by a customer and our corresponding response is one of the best in the industry. From the call back time of our inside sales, to our rapid delivery, to our flexible manufacturing being able to produce in short order, MMTI is always ready to go over and above our customers expectations in order to keep their operations running. Ongoing training at our customers locations will be provided. MMTI continually performs in-depth training programs for crews, supervisors and trainers. This training is done on-site by our technical work where and when our customers do, 24 hours a day, 7 days a | Technical Services Representatives use advanced equipment to conduct pull-tests on site.

6 All results are documented and presented in real time, both hard copy and electronic copy. Our standard practice is to conduct pull-tests at each of our customers sites on a per annum basis. 10 Resin Resin is used to anchor bolts to the surrounding strata. When used with rebar, cablebolts, MCB conebolts or the DS-Bolt, the resin creates a stiff reinforcement zone around the mine opening which resists ground movement. The resin encapsulated bar provides immediate support with increased corrosion protection and a long life | resin cartridge has a two compartment construction. One is filled with a dark gray resin and the other contains a light gray catalyst. The inner barrier keeps the resin separated from the catalyst. Mixing the resin and catalyst components of the cartridge creates a strong three dimensional polymer matrix that is reinforced with limestone fillers.
