2 THEREVISEDOMNIBUSGUIDELINESFORTHEIMPLEME NTATIONOF COMMUNITYQUARANTINEIN ,all essentialpubliCandprivateconstructionpro jectsshallbeallowedatfulloperationalcapa city, ,small-scaleprojectsshallnotbe ,small-scaleprojectsaredefinedasthosecon structionprojectsthatareintendedforpurel yprivateandpersonaluse,andwhich,becauseo f scale,wouldnotbeableto orwouldimpracticallybe unableto , ,quarantine,or isolationfacilitiesforclosecontactexposu re,suspect,andprobablecases,andconfirmed COVID-19patients; ~Seriesof 2021 RevisedConstructionSafetyGuidelinesforth eImplementation'ifInfrastructureProjects DuringtheCOVID-19 PublicHealthCrisis, ,Seriesof 2020.

3 Page2 of ,includingthosedealingwithclosecontactex posure,suspect,andprobablecases,andconfi rmedCOVID-19patients; ,distribution,andadministrationof vaccines; ; ,offices,or buildings; ,waterservicefacilitiesprojects,anddigit alworks; ,whichshallincluderoads,bridges,floodcon trol,andActiveTransportfacilities; ,agriculture,fisheries,energy,housing,co mmunication,waterutilities,manufacturing ,andbusinessprocessoutsourcing(BPO). :Allpublicandprivateconstructionprojects shallbeallowed, Priorto (MARP)forCOVID-19in theworkplace( ,pregnantwomen,individualswithunderlying healthconditions)andthosebelow18yearsof ageshallcontinueto ,theymaybeallowedto,providedaCertificate ofFittoWorkis securedfromtheOccupationalHealthPersonne l(qualifiedfirstaider,nurse,dentist,or physicianengagedby theemployerto proVideoccupationalhealthservicesin theestablishment,project,site,or workplace).

4 Theymuststayin theworkplaceonlyfora speCifiednumberof collaboratewiththenationaland/orlocalgov ernmenttestingeffortsandfollowtheexpande dtestingstrategyandrules, , , theemployer,it shouldnotconstituteasanaddedcostto riskof contractingCOVID-19shallbetested,andthes eincludethefollowinggroupSl:(1)suspectca ses,(2)individualswithrelevanthistoryof travelandexposure(orcontact),whethersymp tomaticorasymptomatic,and(3)healthcarewo rkerswithpOSSibleexposure,whethersymptom aticor SymptomaticandCloseContacts21 Casedefinitionsshallbe Closecontactexposuresarethosethathavehap penedtwo(2)daysbeforeor withinfourteen(14)daysfromonsetof symptomsof a confirmedor probablecase,includes:(1)Face-to-facecon tactwitha ~Seriesof 2021 RevisedConstructionSafetyGuidelinesforth eImplementationQfInfrastructureProjectsD uringtheCOVID-19 PublicHealthCrisis, ,Seriesof 2020.

5 (14) ,theemployeeshallpresenta CertificateofQuarantineCompletionfromthe step-downcarefacilityorlocalhealthoffice ,perPhilippineSocietyforMicrobiologyandI nfectiousDisease(PSMID) step-downcarefacilityreferstoa DOHorLGUidentifiedfacility,suchasTempora ryTreatmentMegaFacility(TTMF),forrecover ingCOVID-19patientswhohavebeenhospitaliz ed,buthavenotyetbeencertifiedas COVID-freeandtransferredto AsymptomaticEmployeesReturningto ,includingfever,cough,colds,andotherresp iratorysymptoms,and/ordeterminationof travelor exposureto COVID-19caseswithinthelast14 ,priortophysicallyreturningtowork,maybec learedbythelocalhealthofficeror OccupationalSafetyandHealth(OSH)

6 ,asthesemustbeusedin ,contractors, , COVID-19preventionandcontrolmeasuressuch as,butnotlimitedto,testing,disinfectionf acilities,handsanitizers,PPEs,signages,a ndproperorientationandtraining,aswellast heprovisionoffinance,transportation,food ,andotherservices,asneeded, ,theprovisionsof ,contractors,andsubcontractorsshallproVi dedisinfectionfacilitiesattheirrespectiv eprojectsites,incompliancewithpertinentD OHandIATFG uidelines,to beplacedat strategiclocationsto ensurethesafetyandwelfareof disinfectiontents,mistingchambers,orsani tationboothsforindividualsis (1)meterandformorethanfifteen(15)minutes ,(2)Directphysicalcontactwitha confirmedcase,(3)Directcarefora a confirmedCOVID-19caseis ~Seriesof 2021 RevisedConstructionSafetyGuidelinesforth eImplementationpfInfrastructureProjectsD uringtheCOVID-19 PublicHealthCrisis, ,Seriesof 2020.
