The MCEN is comprised of the garrison Network (both NMCI and Legacy), deployed/tactical networks, and infrastructure that supports MCEN4 Legacy), deployed/tactical networks, and infrastructure that supports access to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) managed mainframe computer services.
